Reporting a content error

This is the most useful email you can send us. A factual complaint triggers an immediate review rather than waiting for the next scheduled one.

It helps enormously if you include:

• the page address;
• what it says;
• what you believe it should say;
• the source you are going by, if you have one.

When we change something as a result, it appears in the updates log with the reason.

Accessibility problems

Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and what you were using — screen reader, keyboard only, magnification, phone. We treat accessibility defects as bugs. See our accessibility statement, including the gaps we already know about.

Instructors and driving schools

We are building instructor features — setting assignments, seeing where a learner is struggling, sharing progress. If that would be useful to you, tell us what you actually need; it shapes what gets built.

What we cannot help with

• Booking, changing or cancelling your test. That is handled by the official service at GOV.UK. We have no access to bookings.
• Your test result or certificate. Contact DVSA.
• Support arrangements for the real test. These are requested when you book — see support during your theory test.
